Group Reformer


Group Reformer - Full body work out using pilates, yoga and strength training techniques. 50 minutes 6 students per class.

Slower Flow Reformer-  This class is designed to get your body ready for a 50 minute session on the reformer. Get comfortable with the terminology, machine & strength muscles you didnt know you had. This is the perfect class for beginners or those who wish for a slower pace. 



HATHA _ A beginner friendly class that welcomes all levels. Hatha Yoga is a slower paced class that combines alignment and breathing to create a gentle, restorative practice to unite the body, mind, and spirit. Classes are taught with appropriate modifications and progressions are based on the participants level of experience.  

 Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina in one session.  

Floor Classes


Cardio, Core & More- This 50-minute class uses a mix of interval training, and progressive sets, combined with cardio segments utilizing high intensity interval training (HIIT), to help develop overall body fitness. You'll tone and strengthen using a mix of free weights, resistance bands, small balls, gliding discs, and your own body weight. This high-energy class challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.  

Indoor Cycle


Studio Cycle-  Spend 45 minutes with one of our awesome instructors peddling to great music.  State of the art bikes with on board metrics make this class an awesome way to challenge yourself to do better each time you come back.  Perfect for ALL fitness levels.


 Attention all roadies!  This 8-week indoor cycling class is for you!  Classes will utilize individual power zones & cadence.  This 60 minute class will focus on building leg strength, increasing your VO2/LT and raising your FTP.  Bike shoes are recommended by not necessary.  All of our bikes support  SPD cleats and a few have LOOK® Delta cleats.  The first class will consist of a power test to establish power zones.  Class is limited to 6 bikers, sign up now to reserve your spot.

Core is fortunate to have Master Triathlete Chris Wickard as a guest instructor for 8 weeks!

You can use an already existing package or just purchase the 8 -week Road Rider course.  This is class is not available as a drop in.  If you miss a class, you may drop in to one of our Studio Cycling classes.

Bohdi Suspension Training


Bohdi- A dynamic, whole-body suspension system that challenges core strength, flexibility and proprioception. Balanced Body brings the precision and movement principles of Pilates to suspension training with theBodhi Suspension System.

Private & Small Group Sessions


Private & Partner sessions are available for all levels and interests.  Pilates, Yoga & Strength Training.
