Beginner Reformer New to Reformer? This non-intimidating class is an introduction to the reformer geared toward the true beginner. The reformer is explained, and students are guided through reformer exercises that concentrate on proper body mechanics and good form. You'll leave feeling strengthened, stretched, and invigorated. Whether you're a true beginner, just coming back to fitness, or want a lighter experience, this class is for you.
Core Boot Camp uses a mix of high intensity interval training and progressive sets, to develop overall body fitness. You'll tone and strengthen using a mix of free weights, resistance bands, weighted balls, gliding discs, and your own body weight. This high-energy class challenges the beginner and advanced student alike.
Gentle Yoga - Wind down at the end of the week with this slow, mindful yoga practice. Suitable for all levels, this class focuses on relieving tension and stress, increasing flexibility, mobility and balance, and strengthening the mind-body connection through simple flowing movements, gently held poses, meditation and breathwork.
Vinyasa yoga, also called "flow" because of the smooth way the poses run together, is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga.
Slow flow is all about grounding and stable energy. The focus is primarily on balance, connecting breath with movement, and safe alignment. The sequences move slower and may hold poses for longer.
Group Reformer Pilates is a full body workout based on Joseph Pilates' original techniques. Using the Reformer, Boxes, Rings, and Balls, this class will both stretch your body and improve your strength. Every class is different, always offering a new experience and challenges.
Group Rhythm Cycling is a 45-minute cardio class which incorporates periods of pedaling and standing, with short sprint bursts, all set to the beat of the music. Riders will go at their own pace while burning calories in an uplifting low-impact, workout.
All fitness levels are welcome as you'll adjust based on your ability. Riders should wear comfortable clothes and bring a towel and water bottle. Gym shoes are required. Cycling shorts are not required
Jumpboard Reformer - Get ready to sneak in some light cardio bursts while maintaining the integrity of reformer Pilates exercises. Utilizing the Pilates jumpboard and the reformer, students will challenge their cardiovascular system, strengthen, stretch, and improve their overall fitness.
Mini-Trampoline (rebounding) - Reinvent ‘cardio’ with this dynamic, low-impact cardiovascular exercise class! Come ready to sweat and leave feeling energized. Class focuses on cardiovascular and muscle conditioning, low-impact bone-building, coordination, and balance all set to energizing, rhythmic music. It can be done with varying intensity making it suitable for all fitness levels. Get ready for the most fun you'll have burning calories.
Pilates Strength & Tone is a full-body Pilates mat class that takes everything you love about the reformer - to the floor! Using one piece of equipment per class (ball, band, ring, roller, etc) you'll be challenged to work your body in new and creative ways. Get ready for a fun class geared toward increasing strength, tone, and flexibility.
Reformer Sculpt will strengthen your core and elevate your heart rate. This class fuses everything you love about Group Pilates Reformer classes, along with short bursts of weight training and cardio, both on and off of the Reformer. This is a full-body workout, open to all fitness levels.
WERQ is a cardio dance fitness class set to
high-energy hip-hop and pop hits.
