Bodhi Suspension System is a dynamic, whole-body suspension system that challenges core strength, flexibility, and proprioception. Balanced Body brings the precision and movement principles of Pilates to suspension training in this unique and challenging but fun class.
Core Boot Camp uses a mix of high intensity interval training and progressive sets, to develop overall body fitness. You'll tone and strengthen using a mix of free weights, resistance bands, weighted balls, gliding discs, and your own body weight. This high-energy class challenges the beginner and advanced student alike.
Group Reformer Pilates is a full body workout based on Joseph Pilates' original techniques. Using the Reformer, Boxes, Weighted Bars, and Balls, this class will both stretch your body and improve your strength. Every class is different, always offering a new experience and challenges.
Hatha Yoga is a slower paced class that combines alignment and breathing to create a gentle, restorative practice to unite the body, mind, and spirit. Classes are taught with appropriate modifications and progressions are based on the participants level of experience. A beginner friendly class that welcomes all levels.
Pilates Circuit is a circuit-style program to improve stability and mobility, strength and flexibility, balance and endurance. This class is designed to utilize Pilates equipment including the combo chair, ladder barrel, tower, Bodhi, mat and more. All fitness levels are welcome.
Power Pilates Circuit rolls intervals of Pilates, strength training, and cardio into one fun and fast-paced class. Students will work through a variety of circuits, challenging their mind and body.
Single & Partner Private Training is available for all levels of students. Many of our instructors also offer private training sessions.
Reformer Sculpt will strengthen your core and elevate your heart rate. This class fuses everything you love about Group Pilates Reformer classes, along with short bursts of weight training and cardio, both on and off of the Reformer. This is a full-body workout, open to all fitness levels.
